Day and Night – Reclaim Your Rights! International Women’s Day in Luxembourg, 7/8 March 2015

International Women’s Day 2015 : 7- 8 March in Luxembourg

Time For Equality will be taking part in the 2-day programme of activities organised by the International Women’s Day 2015 Action Platform (Plateforme JIF*) in cooperation with neimënster. Join us for two days of gathering, activism and celebration.

Night Walk on Saturday, 7th March @10 pm

Day and Night: Reclaim your rights!

For a public space without sexism, without verbal or physical violence, without harassment – day and night. For a public space that guarantees women’s presence and participation, and their safety.

Women will march for women’s rights, for a public space that belongs to everyone. Men can express their solidarity by joining women at the finish line.

Sunday, 8th March. from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm

Time for celebration in the beautiful scenery of neimënster, in the Grund, with a large offer of events – theatre, dance, workshops, exhibitions  – and the Info-village with stands of associations and organizations. Childcare provided for children aged 3 to 10.

Meet Time For Equality at the Info-Village, on 8th March from 11.00 am, together with many other associations, institutions and organisations. We’ll be there with our stand, displaying information material and books provided by Libreria Italiana Lussemburgo.
