Inclusive workplaces

The concept of inclusive workplace refers to a work organization that values and uses individual and intergroup differences within its work force. Managing diversity is more than simply acknowledging differences in people, more than just tolerating them. It involves recognizing the value of differences and the dignity of the human person, combating discrimination, and promoting inclusiveness. Inclusive workplaces do not tolerate any form of bullying and harassment and implement policies to prevent, effectively deal with and combat them..
